Background & experience

I'm a software engineer based in Utrecht, Netherlands, working at the intersection of infrastructure, automation, and applied AI. My work ranges from Python pipelines and document processing to cloud infrastructure on Oracle Cloud and server administration.

Originally from China, I bring an international perspective to technical problems — including building systems that need to operate reliably across different network environments and constraints.

Outside of engineering, I'm learning Dutch and building tools to help me do it — including this very server, which runs a Dutch dictionary app alongside this portfolio.
